U centru grada, decaci u napustenom dvoristu grade golubarnik. Ali, umesto
golubova, u golubarnik se useljavaju nezvani stanari - jedan covek i dvoje dece.
Decaci se trude da izbace "uljeze", ali se tokom tog svog truda sa njima
sprijatelje i kada iz opstine dodju da ruse bespravnu gradnju, to jest,
golubarnik, decaci se sada bore protiv odluke opstine...

In the downtown, a group of boys is building a pigeon house in abandoned
cortyard. But, instead of pigeons, uninvited tenants move in - a man and two
children. The boys are trying to throw out the "intruders" but, during their
efforts they become friends, and when workers come from township to demolish the
illegal object, that is, the pigeon house, they are fighting the township's
decision instead...
